What is collected

• Chat messages you send to the AI twin and its replies (encrypted at rest)
• A random visitor identifier stored in a first-party cookie, so the conversation can continue between page loads
• Technical request logs with a hashed IP address and browser user agent
• Booking details (name, email) only if you choose to book a call

There are no analytics trackers, advertising cookies or third-party fonts on this site.

Legal basis

• Art. 6(1)(b) — Providing the chat you asked for and any call you book
• Art. 6(1)(f) — Legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and understanding what visitors ask

Retention

Deletion runs automatically every night. You can delete your conversation earlier from the chat page.
